What we use and what the terms allow.
“Yes” means the cited terms permit the use shown here. Attribution, freshness and anti-endorsement duties still apply. Every model-level value keeps its source, market and applicable observation date.

Private commerce stays separate.
Atlas catalogue identity, retailer listings and approved Awin, Redbrain or Amazon links are private or contract-governed layers. They are not open datasets, do not count as independent evidence and are not described here as reusable public data.
ApplianceBench publishes source-attributed evidence views, not a redistributable copy of the combined source data. This page is a provenance and licence register, so it carries no Dataset or DataDownload structured data.
Normalisation, exact-model matching and calculations are ApplianceBench modifications. Source corrections, restrictions and deletion signals are adopted through the governed daily projection before the affected fact is shown again.
